"In the end the agent I worked with was professional, asked good directed and focused questions, and made sure all my concerns were covered. Although not Steven's fault I chose 4 stars instead of 5 because there had been a very long period of silence and no return calls between the first agent I contacted and Steven who finished my policies. I understand the first agent had other things on her mind when leaving on maternity leave, but I would have thought there would have been policies in place to prevent the long silent period. But again, in the end, I was very satisfied with the care I received and would happily recommend Steven."
